Andi Hanif Mursid
currently working as General Manager of Learning and Development Division at PT
Intraco Penta, Tbk. His main duty is to lead and manage INTA Institute (PT
Intraco Penta learning body) to increase
human development in competency, knowledge, attitude and social side. Andi
Hanif Mursid also held position of Deputy Strategic Management Team. His duty
here is to guide the transformation of INTA Group. He focuses on soft skill
development, creating corporate culture that prioritize CINTA Values for all
employees and enhancing managerial and leadership capability in INTA, by Manager
Leader Program (Manage by Head, Lead by Heart) and other programs. He is also a
member of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee in INTA Group.
Aside of two positions
above, Andi Hanif Mursid also held position as a Director at PT Pramana Agri
Resources (INTA Group Affiliation). His main duty is as a Strategic Government
Relation to build a good relation with all stakeholder involved, such as
government, association, etc. Andi Hanif’s another responsibility is to
actively seek for new land (Land Acquisition and Development).
Before working at INTA
Group, Andi Hanif Mursid is a Head of Training and Development at DSU Group. He
built the Training and Development Division from zero to support DSU
subsidiary. He quit from DSU when he accepted the challenge from Halex Halim,
Jimmy Halim and Petrus Halim, to build INTA Institute (L&D Body) in INTA
Group. His aim is not only contribute for the employee but also for the
customer and public.
Andi Hanif Mursid first
set his bright career on Indofood Bogasari, where he first became Management
Trainee then move up to several
different position. He was one of the High Potential in Indofood Bogasari and
got two scholarship for his Master degree in IPB and professional education
(Executives Development Program) in Asian Institute of Management. He was the
Chairman of Quality Improvement Team in 2000-2004 and the Best Facilitator for
Manager Leader Program in 2003. He also went for a business research in
Australia to do comparative study about wheat and flour industry in 2004.
His father’s job in the
government force his family to move periodically. He spent his early years of
elementary school in Manado, then moved to Jakarta for two years. After that he
spent three years in Mataram before moved back to Jakarta until now. His
passion to lead began in school, where he passionately lead others as class
leader and head of student organization (OSIS).
He studied Agribusiness
Management at Insitut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) for his bachelor degree, where he
involved actively in organization. As a freshman he became one of three leaders
for IPB 28th generation. He was the head of Dies Natalis IPB event
in 1992. He also became the head of Communication and Information in student
organization (BEM) in 1993. In the same university he earned his master degree
in Agribusiness Management and graduated in 2003. He spent another two years
studying an Executives Development Program in Asian Institute of Management on
2005-2006.
In the past he used to
spent his spare time painting, but now he prefer watching the news, swimming
with his families, and reading books. His favorite books are about psychology,
business, and future prediction about leadership, technology, social and human.
Sometimes he travel with his family to have quality time together.
His passion is to be a speaker about the future of Indonesia in several aspects like leadership, managerial, technology, etc. He currently is a Speaker, Trainer, Instructor and Coach in IPB Business School, Mark Plus Institute, Better Mind Indonesia, Excellence Asia and Excellence Management Indonesia. He is also become a member of Member of Indonesian People & Organization Development Community, Human Resources For Us Community, and Human Resources Cafe.
His
big dream is to build a training and consulting company that focus to enlighten
people about the future. Now he is happily married with Farida Therisiana
Manuwu and has three children: Theo Rizky Putra, Ghea Rizky Putri and Safira
Rizky Putri.
